Privacy Policy
This policy explains what information LARP Finds handles, why we use it, and the choices available to you.1. Scope and who is responsible
This Privacy Policy applies to the LARP Finds website, customer and administrator accounts, checkout, memberships, order support, and transactional communications. LARP Finds is responsible for deciding how personal information is used for these activities. Other services may independently process information under their own notices.
Questions and privacy requests can be sent to support@larpfinds.com.
2. Information we collect
- Identity and contact information: name, email address, account identifier, shipping and billing address, and information included in support messages.
- Account information: profile details, authentication/session information, account role, membership status, and account creation or update dates. Supabase provides authentication and stores credentials in protected form; LARP Finds does not read your password.
- Order and commercial information: cart items, favorites, selected add-ons, products ordered, quantities, discounts, shipping charge, order status, membership tier, transaction references, and support history.
- Payment information: Stripe customer, checkout, payment, and subscription references; payment status; brand and last digits when Stripe makes them available for account management. Full card and wallet credentials are processed by Stripe and are not stored by LARP Finds.
- Device and technical information: IP address, browser or device information, request and security logs, cookie identifiers, and similar technical information automatically handled by our hosting, authentication, security, and payment providers.
- Browser-saved preferences: cart contents, favorites, optional checkout choices, and whether you asked Stripe to save a payment method.
We collect information from you, your browser or device, and service providers involved in authentication, payment, delivery, security, and communications.

We retain each category only as reasonably necessary for these purposes and the obligations described below. We do not sell or share these categories for cross-context behavioral advertising.
4. How we use information
- Provide the storefront, accounts, carts, checkout, dashboards, memberships, and support tools.
- Price, accept, fulfill, deliver, track, cancel, return, and refund orders.
- Process customer-approved one-time and recurring transactions and maintain accurate billing records.
- Send account, payment, order, shipping, membership, refund, and security messages.
- Authenticate users, prevent fraud and abuse, protect the service, debug errors, and enforce our Terms of Service.
- Comply with tax, accounting, recordkeeping, legal process, and consumer protection obligations.
- Understand store performance and improve products and customer experience using operational information. We do not currently use third-party advertising trackers for this purpose.
6. Payments and saved payment methods
Stripe collects payment details inside its secure checkout. LARP Finds receives transaction status and provider references needed to connect payment with an order, membership, refund, or approved post-purchase offer.
If you explicitly ask to save a payment method, or select a recurring membership, Stripe stores the payment method and LARP Finds stores only the server-side Stripe customer and billing references needed to request an authorized transaction. We never place raw payment tokens, full card numbers, or wallet credentials in cookies or browser storage.
8. Legal bases for processing
Where data-protection law requires a legal basis, we rely on: performance of a contract or steps you request before a contract; our legitimate interests in operating, securing, supporting, and improving the store; compliance with legal obligations; and consent where the law requires it. You may withdraw consent at any time, without affecting processing that was lawful before withdrawal.
9. Retention
We keep account information while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward. Order, payment-reference, refund, tax, fraud-prevention, and support records are retained as needed to fulfill the order, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and meet accounting or legal requirements. Security logs and email-delivery records are kept for shorter operational periods unless needed to investigate an issue.
When retention is no longer necessary, we delete, de-identify, or securely isolate information. Browser storage remains on your device until it expires or you clear it.
10. International transfers
LARP Finds and its providers may process information in countries other than where you live. Where required, we use recognized transfer safeguards or rely on another lawful transfer mechanism. Local privacy protections may differ, but the commitments in this policy continue to apply to our processing.
11. Security
We use safeguards appropriate to the nature of the information, including HTTPS, provider-managed payment entry, access controls, server-only billing references, secure cookies, database row-level security, and restricted administrative access. No internet service is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee that unauthorized access will never occur.
12. Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, know about, correct, delete, restrict, object to, or obtain a portable copy of personal information; withdraw consent; and appeal a denied request. You may also complain to your local data-protection or consumer authority.
Send requests to support@larpfinds.com. Describe the request and the email associated with your account. We may verify your identity before acting and may retain information when permitted or required by law. Authorized agents may submit a request where applicable, subject to verification of their authority. We will not discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right.
You can also clear browser-saved cart data, manage Stripe payment methods, and cancel a membership through the billing portal linked from your account.
13. California disclosures
The notice-at-collection table above describes the categories of personal information collected, purposes of use, and typical recipients. We do not sell personal information and do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We therefore do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of consumers under 16.
California residents may request to know, access, correct, or delete covered personal information and may exercise applicable rights through an authorized agent. Because we do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, there is no sale or sharing to opt out of. If our practices change, we will update this policy and provide any required opt-out mechanism before beginning that activity.
14. Children
The store is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13, and purchases and memberships require the age of legal majority. If you believe a child provided information, contact us so we can investigate and delete it where required.
15. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the store, providers, or law changes. We will post the revised version here, update the date above, and provide additional notice or request consent when required for a material change.
16. Contact
Email privacy questions or requests to support@larpfinds.com. Please do not send card numbers, passwords, identity documents, or other sensitive information unless we specifically request a secure verification method.
