Terms of Service

1. Agreement to these terms

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) form an agreement between you and LARP Finds (“LARP Finds,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). They apply when you browse the site, create an account, place an order, enroll in a membership, or use any related feature or service.

By using the site, you agree to these Terms and acknowledge our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the site. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be waived in your country, state, or province.

2. Accounts and eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority where you live, to make a purchase or join a membership. You must provide accurate information and keep account credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless caused by our failure to use reasonable security.

We may require account or payment verification, restrict duplicate or fraudulent accounts, and refuse activity that creates a security, legal, or operational risk.

3. Products and orders

LARP Finds offers physical products for direct purchase. Product pages describe the item, available images, price, availability, and relevant options. Colors and appearance may vary slightly because of photography, display settings, manufacturing tolerances, or product revisions.

Submitting checkout is an offer to purchase. An order is accepted when payment is successfully authorized and we issue an order confirmation. We may cancel or limit an order before dispatch if an item is unavailable, pricing or listing information was materially incorrect, payment cannot be verified, or the order appears unlawful or fraudulent. If we cancel a paid order, we will return the affected amount to the original payment method.

4. Pricing and payment

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless checkout states otherwise. Displayed product prices cover the product, sourcing, fulfillment handling, and customer support. Shipping, taxes, selected add-ons, discounts, and any recurring membership charge are itemized before you authorize payment.

Payments are processed by Stripe. Apple Pay, Google Pay, cards, or other methods may appear when supported by Stripe, your device, and your region. You authorize us and Stripe to charge the final amount shown at checkout. We may correct an obvious pricing error before dispatch, but we will ask you to approve the corrected price or cancel and refund the affected order.

5. Shipping and delivery

You must provide a complete and accurate delivery address. Standard tracked shipping is calculated from product type and quantity and currently ranges from $10.00 to $49.99 unless a stated promotion or active Premium benefit applies. The exact charge is shown before payment.

Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees. We remain responsible for arranging fulfillment, including when a carrier or logistics partner acts on our behalf. Tracking becomes available after carrier handoff. If we cannot ship within the time stated at purchase—or, where applicable, within the period required by law—we will provide a delay notice, a lawful cancellation choice, or a refund as required. 6. Cancellations, returns, and refunds

Contact support@larpfinds.com as soon as possible if you need to cancel. We can usually cancel an order before dispatch, but cannot guarantee cancellation after fulfillment has started.

If an item arrives damaged, materially different from the confirmed listing, incorrect, or incomplete, contact us promptly with your order number and supporting photos when reasonably available. Do not send a return until we provide instructions. Return eligibility, return shipping, replacement, repair, and refund options depend on the product, its condition, the reason for return, and mandatory law. Refunds are issued to the original payment method; processing time after issuance depends on the payment provider and bank.

This section does not exclude cooling-off, cancellation, warranty, conformity, chargeback, or refund rights that apply under mandatory consumer law.

7. Optional order services

Discreet protected packaging, corner protection, and shipping protection are optional one-time services. None is required to place an order. A selected service and its price appear in the final checkout total or immediately before a separately approved post-purchase charge.

Shipping protection provides the coverage described at selection for eligible loss or accidental damage in transit. It does not remove any non-waivable rights or responsibilities that otherwise apply to us, a carrier, or you.

8. Premium Club and VIP Club

Membership is optional and is not selected by default. Premium Club is $19.99 per month and currently provides free standard shipping and 20% off eligible products on future orders while active. VIP Club is $39.99 per month and currently provides members-only access to sourcing guides, direct-buy resources, and LARP Finds quality-review notes. Eligibility restrictions may be disclosed with a particular product or benefit.

When you enroll, you expressly authorize a monthly recurring charge to the payment method managed by Stripe until cancellation. The price and renewal cadence are shown before enrollment. Benefits begin as described at checkout and do not retroactively change an order already priced without them.

You can manage or cancel online through the Stripe billing portal linked from your customer dashboard. Cancellation stops future renewals and normally takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period. Unless mandatory law requires otherwise, partially used billing periods are not prorated. We will clearly disclose and obtain any consent required by law before a material price increase.

9. Saved payment methods and later offers

A payment method is saved by Stripe only when you ask to save it or when needed for a membership you select. LARP Finds does not store full card or wallet credentials. A later offer is charged only after you take an affirmative action that identifies the item or service and price. A no-charge decline option is available. Your bank may require additional authentication before a charge succeeds.

10. Acceptable use

You may not misuse the site, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, scrape it at a volume that disrupts service, submit malicious code, use another person’s payment method without authorization, evade purchase limits, or use the service for unlawful, infringing, or fraudulent activity.

11. Intellectual property

The LARP Finds name, site design, original text, software, and other original site materials belong to LARP Finds or its licensors and may not be copied or commercially reused without permission. Product names, images, and third-party marks may belong to their respective owners and are used for product identification. Their appearance does not by itself imply sponsorship, authorization, or affiliation.

Rights holders may report a listing concern to support@larpfinds.com with enough information to identify the material and the asserted right.

12. Third-party services and resources

The site relies on service providers such as Stripe, Supabase, Resend, Railway, carriers, and fulfillment partners. Their services may be governed by their own terms and privacy notices. Members-only sourcing guides may link to independent third-party sellers. A transaction you choose to make directly on another seller’s site is between you and that seller, not a LARP Finds storefront order.

13. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

We provide the site using reasonable care. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the site is otherwise provided “as is” and “as available,” and we do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. Product-specific warranties, if any, are those expressly stated with the product or required by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LARP Finds is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential loss, or lost profits or data, arising from use of the site. Where liability may lawfully be limited, our aggregate liability for a claim relating to an order will not exceed the amount paid for the affected order or service.

These limitations do not apply to fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability or consumer remedy that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

14. Changes and termination

We may update the site and these Terms. The date above shows the latest revision. Material changes apply prospectively and will be communicated when required. Terms in effect when you placed an order continue to govern that order unless a change is required by law or you agree otherwise.

You may stop using the site at any time. We may suspend or close an account for a material breach, fraud, security risk, or legal requirement. Account closure does not cancel already accepted orders or recurring memberships; cancel a membership through the billing portal or contact support.

15. Applicable law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to LARP Finds and the transaction, without overriding mandatory consumer protections or jurisdiction rights that apply where you live. Before filing a formal claim, please contact us so we can try to resolve it. Nothing here prevents either party from using a court, regulator, payment dispute process, or consumer protection procedure available under applicable law.
